Flat is a maisonette on a cute street less ten 10 minute walk to Earlsfield station. Huge living room, large kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
Bills are not included but come to roughly £140-£150 a month.
I would be looking for another young professional to fill the room. My previous flatmate is a good friend but moving on to buy a property. So would love someone who would also enjoy a glass of vino together.
