We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our friendly home in Earlsfield, with our third bedroom now available!

The move date is 27 December, but we’re definitely flexible on this 😊

- 5 min walk to Earlsfield Overground with direct trains into Waterloo (14 mins) every 5 min with easy connections onto the Victoria line at Vauxhall (9mins)
- Located in a quiet cul-de-sac
- 1 min walk to bus routes to Wandsworth, Tooting (northern line) and Victoria
- 20 min walk to Southfields station (district line)
- M&S, Tesco Express and Sainsbury's all in 5 mins walk
- 16 min walk to big Sainsbury’s and Southside Mall
- close to several pubs and restaurants - the Wandle is a 2 min walk away 🍻
- A number of gyms within 10-20 mins walk
- 1 min walk to the Garrett Lane but still quiet

- Depending on move date, Chris' girlfriend may also be here just as a temporary housemate before she moves home to NZ - staying in Chris' room of course. She was here originally as single housemate haha and is the person vacating the available room 😊 She's Tina, 35 (Kiwi). She's the definition of lovely and will be excited to welcome you in.
- As a household, we tend to meet friends and family outside of the home for comfort of everyone in the house, but are flexible for occasional visitors
