I’m moving out of my room in a really well-kept 4-bed duplex in the Wimbledon Stadia development, and it’s a stunner. Easy transport access via Earlsfield station, or Tooting Broadway a short walk or 5 mins bus ride.

The room is the principal bedroom, so it’s generously sized with two floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the parade, which brings in loads of natural light. It has a built-in wardrobe and double bed, and a large ensuite, so you’ve got your own space.

The flat is modern, clean, and genuinely spacious. There’s a huge open-plan lounge with a cool entertainment setup (big TV, comfy sofa) and a separate dining area. The kitchen is also big, with plenty of storage including a spacious pantry. There’s a shared main bathroom for the other two rooms, plus a guest toilet downstairs. You also get your own separate hallway storage cupboard, and it’s massive, ideal for multiple suitcases, boxes, or anything you don’t want cluttering your room. The house also has a huge private garden, overlooking the gated gardens, ideal for summer entertaining.

You’d be living with three guys; Simon (39), a paramedic. Tom (33), works in digital design. And Josh (38), a personal trainer.
They’re all easygoing, sociable, and into football, but everyone has their own routines and is often out with work, gym, or friends. It’s a good balance of social and respectful of space.

Rent is £1100/month, with bills around £150/month. Deposit will be £1153, as was split equally when everyone moved in.

Looking for someone clean, tidy, and up for the occasional chat or hangout, but also comfortable doing their own thing.

Move-in would ideally be mid June.
