Double Room in Friendly Houseshare

We’re currently 2 guys (Andy & Bayden) and 2 girls (Hollie & Hannah) all working professionals with pretty standard 9–5 routines. Unfortunately Hollie is flying the nest so we’d love to find someone with a similar vibe to keep the balance in the house 😊

The house is located under 2mins walk from Earlsfield station which gets you into Waterloo in 13mins! There is also a great selection of pubs, coffee shops and fitness options in the area.

The house itself is spread across 3 floors and has:

✨ A huge open-plan kitchen

✨ Separate cosy living room
✨ Separate WFH room/office 

✨ Sunny, well-kept back garden

✨ Fortnightly cleaner for all communal spaces

We’re definitely not a party house and everyone’s super respectful of each other’s space and schedules, but we still enjoy hanging out together every now and then!

Bills aren’t included and come to just under £130/month depending on the season (including the cleaner).

The room is available from November 28th!
