Large double room in beautiful garden flat

Sadly I’m moving out of my lovely room and we’re looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our 3-bedroom flat.

The room itself is really spacious and bright, with a lovely view overlooking the garden. Most of the furniture will be coming with me, but the bed will be staying, and there’s the option to buy the desk if you’d like it.

The flat has a good amount of storage (a couple of cupboard spaces for extra bits), including a good-sized living room with a TV, a spacious kitchen, a large private garden and the bonus of a separate bathroom and toilet.

You’ll be living with Ellie (30) and Jemima (29), who both work in healthcare, so they do shift work! They are genuinely two of the loveliest people I’ve lived with and friends I’ll definitely be keeping. They love a chilled night in, colouring, wholesome walks, yoga and gym sessions.

We’re looking for someone who’ll fit in well with the dynamic of the flat – someone who’s sociable and up for the occasional chat, cuppa or catch-up, whilst also respecting everyone’s space and privacy. It’s a really easy going, friendly home and we’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy being part of it.

The room is available from 25th June, but we’re hoping to find someone fairly soon so we can get the tenancy change process underway.

Rent is £934 per month and bills come to approx £100!
