I’m Ben. I work in central London, keep normal hours, and am looking for someone to share with rather than just coexist alongside. I like a sociable house: the occasional pub trip, a good conversation, a movie night. I also like coming home to peace and quiet, and I’ll give you the same. Your space is your space.

Young professionals preferred, though the right fit matters more than age. Not bothered about gender. I’d rather live with someone curious, easy-going, and considerate. The flat suits someone who’s out during the day, sociable when they want to be, and not in the habit of rolling in at 3am on a school night. For those who WFH, there is a desk in your room - but you’re also more than welcome to set yourself up in the lounge/kitchen area.

This is a lodger contract, but with protections comparable to a normal tenancy agreement. The contract is straightforward and fair, with proper notice periods on both sides - I want you to feel secure in your home.
