I like a sociable house: the occasional pub trip, a good conversation, a movie night. I also like coming home to peace and quiet, and I’ll give you the same. Your space is your space.

The room is a good size, well-lit, and fully furnished. The flat is clean, well-kept, with a communal roof terrace.

Rent is £950/month with all bills included.

Young professionals preferred, though the right fit matters more than age. Not bothered about gender. I’d rather live with someone curious, easy-going, and considerate. The flat suits someone who’s out during the day, sociable when they want to be, and not in the habit of rolling in at 3am on a school night.

The contract is straightforward and fair, with proper notice periods on both sides - I want you to feel secure in your home.

Safe area with loads of amenities. Wandsworth Town and Earlsfield stations are a short walk (15 and 20 mins). Tooting, Wandsworth, and Clapham are all easy from here.
