Small double room in 2 bedroom flat

My lovely flatmate is sadly moving out, so I'm looking for someone to start a new tenancy with me.

The flat is in Earlsfield, just a short walk from Earlsfield station, with direct trains to Clapham Junction and central London. We're also really close to Wandsworth Common, which is perfect for a walk or a run.

The flat is on the first floor and has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. It's a cosy, relaxed space that really feels like home, and I'm hoping to find someone who'll enjoy it just as much.

A bit about me: I'm 25 and work as a primary school teacher. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, going thrifting, trying new cafes, going to gigs, or doing something active like yoga or going for a run.

I also love being outdoors and am always trying to fit more weekend hikes into life, although London has made that a little more challenging!

I enjoy cooking and baking, and I cook vegan at home, so I'd ideally be looking for someone who is vegan or vegetarian too.

When I have some downtime, I also enjoy crocheting, knitting or reading a good book. My hobbies are a bit all over the place, and I'm always happy to try something new.

I'm looking for someone who values a clean and tidy home and enjoys living in a space that's looked after. As a teacher, my days can be quite busy and noisy, so I definitely appreciate a bit of quiet time in the evenings. That said, I'd love to live with someone who’d eventually become a friend.
