A bright room is available in a friendly 3-bedroom girls-only flatshare, ideally located just a short walk from Earlsfield Station.

Me and my best friend have lived in this flat for 2 years now, unfortunately one of our flatmates is moving out so we are looking for someone to replace her. We have a contract with our landlord through OpenRent.

Excellent transport links:

* Just 13 minutes (3 stops) to Waterloo on the SWR train.
* 15 minutes walk to Southfields District Line Station
* Plenty of night bus connections to and from Central London.

The room:

* Overlooks the beautiful River Wandle and King George’s Park, offering a peaceful and green outlook.

The deposit is 1000£ (the app does’t allow me to make it 1000). Bills are not included but come to around 100£ a month (less than 100 in the summer!).

Looking for:
A young female professional who is clean, respectful, and looking for a long-term home. We also have our house-rules to make living together easier :)
