Sadly, I'm moving to Australia, so my room in our gorgeous home is becoming available from 6th September.

The Room

* The room comes unfurnished but hoping the next tenant will want to buy current furniture:
* Bed frame, mattress, mirror, chest of draws, bed side table, clothes rail, etc.
* Large windows, lots of natural light, quiet street

*The House
We live in a lovely 4 bedroom home in Earlsfield, just 10/15 minute walk from Earlsfield station and Wandsworth Common Station or 12 minute bus/ 24 minute walk to Tooting Bec station (Northern Line). The house has:

Large kitchen with separate dining room and separate living area
Huge Garden and patio area with garden furniture
Large storage cupboards at the top of the stairs
Parking is available with permit on the road
Dishwasher, Dryer, Washing Machine
2 bathrooms (with shower and toilet rooms separate upstairs - ideal in a girls house!)

*The Housemates*
You'll be living with 3 girls Hannah, 28, Kitty, 30, Georgie, 30, all professionals working in Insurance, Product management, and E-commerce. The girls have made it a home, we always have a series (usually something true-crime) on the go and eat dinner together, we do coffee walks, pub trips, the occasional garden party. The girls have lived in London for a while so have their own lives, the house isn’t a party house but it is really social. The girls keep the house really clean and the landlord is great at keeping the house in a good condition for us.

*The Location*
Located in Earlsfield, we're within walking distance of Garrett Lane and Wandsworth Commons cafés, pilates studios, commons, gyms, restaurants, transport links, and Southside shopping centre etc. It's a residential and safe neighbourhood with a real community feel (classic street whatsapp kind of vibe).

*We're Looking For*
Ideally, we're looking for a professional aged around 27–33 who is:
* Friendly, kind, and easy-going
* Clean and considerate in shared spaces
* Looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay
* Enjoys their own life in London but also keen to socialise and be part of the house

* Rent + bills: £900 + £105 per month
* Deposit: £1110.58
* Available from: 6th September
