Double room in friendly shared flat

We are looking for a new housemate for our first floor flat in Earlsfield. Matt has been in the flat a few years and Nathan moved in this time last year. We both work full time in the week (mainly office based) but are nice and sociable in the flat so are looking for someone friendly and relaxed to fit into that. The odd pub trip to watch the football / comedy etc is always good fun too.

The flat is situated in Henry Prince estate (quiet residential), a 5 minute walk to Earlsfield station with frequent trains to Clapham / Vauxhall / Waterloo as well as Earlsfield’s nice pubs, bars and cafes. There is also plenty of green space and Wandle river trail very nearby, great for running and a bit of fresh air.

Bills come to approx £120 per month.

Move in date is 27th August with contracts to be signed in late July to allow the lettings agent do the change of sharer process.
