It is a 5 min walk from Earlsfield station which has v regular trains going that will get you to Clapham Junction in 3 mins, Vauxhall in 8 mins, and Waterloo in 14 mins.
It’s in the centre of Earlsfield, 2 min walk from an incredible M&S, 3 min walk from Tesco and 6 min walk from Sainsbury’s. Lots of lovely restaurants and brunch places nearby, and of course some legendary pubs - the Wandle (2 mins away), the Leather Bottle, the Earlsfield to name a few! Walking distance from Wabledon Park.

You will be living with me (Lucy, 31) as my current housemate of many years is moving to Manchester. I work in events so I’m out quite a bit during the week and am in the office every day. If I am home during the week I often like to chill as I’m usually so busy. I have my own room and bathroom on the top floor so it’s nice and spacious. On the weekends I am socialising and love to go out with my friends for dinners/drinks/pub etc. it would be great to meet someone who has similar interests and would like to join occasionally but if that’s not your thing then no worries at all!
I’m single and would be fun to meet a girl who is too and wants to exchange dating stories but again no worries if not.
Would love to meet someone fun and easy going who keeps the flat reasonably tidy (we do have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks) and loves food and making the most of what London has to offer. I like my time to myself to recharge and will obviously respect your time too but I would equally love to meet someone in who would like to build a friendship and do some fun things together :).
