The whole house is newly decorated and furnished to a high spec. Access to study for working from home as there will only be 3 people living in a 4 bed house.

Living with 2 professionals in late 20s with a close network of friends in the area. Neither spend a huge amount of time in the house due to busy work and social lives. Active housemate encouraged - joining for runs/cycles/hikes, coffee and pub trips etc.
