It currently features a convertible couch, but can be replaced with a double bed if requested. The room shares an adjacent bathroom with another room. All bills (incl council tax, wifi etc) are included in rent.

I'm a 30-year-old professional and the owner of the house. I'm sociable, outgoing and active, but I also value peace, privacy and a calm home environment. I enjoy travelling, sports, cooking, trying new activities, and I'm currently spending a lot of my spare time working on the garden and house projects.

Who I'm Looking For
I'd love to find another professional who is looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. Someone independent who enjoys having their own space, but is also happy to occasionally share a meal, a glass of wine or beer, or a chat after work.
