Lovely double room in Earlsfield flatshare

I’m moving out of London in September and looking to fill my room in my Earlsfield flatshare.

It’s a large double room in a 4-bed split level flat, 5 minutes from the station.

- Rent £865 per month (excluding bills)
- Bills approx. £37.50 per month (excludes water and TV license which we pay annually)
- Deposit £807.50
- Room available from: 23rd September.

The Room:
Large double room with a double glazed window which gets lots of natural light. Has a huge built in double-and-a-half wardrobe which is fantastic for storage. I’m also open to selling on the bed frame (and mattress) which is an ottoman, providing additional storage. The rest of the furniture pictured in the bedroom I will be taking with me.

The House:
Beautiful and well presented maisonette set over 2 floors. The flat has 4 bedrooms, living room and separate kitchen with a private garden to the rear. There’s two bathrooms so you will only share with 1 other. All furniture in the rest of the house is owned by the current housemates.

The Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with 3 girls in their early/mid 30s. They're very relaxed and enjoy having a chilled, clean and pretty quiet house. They occasionally have friends over for dinner and catch ups but past the days of big house parties. Otherwise enjoy going out for dinner and drinks with friends, going to the gym, for walks and making the most of living in London. The girls all hybrid work, a few days in the office a week and a few days at home.

Ideally looking for a female flatmate of a similar age.

We’re on a rolling tenancy now due to the law change. Rent is paid on the 20th of each month. I’m moving out on Monday 21st September so the room is available after that. Unfortunately I can’t make this any earlier so unable to accommodate flexibility there.
