Spacious Double Room Available in Earlsfield – £1,050pcm (bills included- may vary).

Lovely spacious double bedroom available from 15th August (can be flexible on this date) - 8-minute walk to Earlsfield station and approx 12-15 mins walk to Wimbledon Park station.

The room is partly furnished, including a double ottoman bed and wardrobe. I’m also happy to sell matching furniture in the room if interested.

You’ll be sharing the house with my friends Megan (29) and Sarah (33), both working professionals. The girls love health and fitness, going to the gym, sports, wine nights, cosy evenings and watching a good series. They also like downtime and respect each other’s space.

The house has a study/work-from-home space with two desks. Our favourite area is the rooftop terrace—a lovely outdoor space that’s perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing after work, or soaking up the sun.

I’ve absolutely loved living here and the area feels very homely and safe. We are also close to great coffee shops and pubs including the Wandle, the Pig and whistle.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who will enjoy being part of a relaxed and welcoming home.

Parking permit is available through Wandsworth council if you have a car (plenty of street parking).
