Lovely girls home in Earlsfield - 4th girl wanted!

Hi! We are Charlotte, Jess, Saskia and Georgie (in our early-mid 30s), who live together very happily in our family-style home in Earlsfield. It's very homey and we are friends as much as housemates. It's a lovely relaxed and girly house. We all met via spareroom at different points over the last 7 years and really enjoy living together/ supporting each other through the highs and lows of London living (often with a glass of wine+snacks!).

Sadly, Jess is now moving in with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over her room and complete the household again!

We’re a fun, easygoing bunch who love a good balance of travelling, gym sessions and running, weekend walks, dinner nights in, and the great pubs in Earlsfield! We’re all busy with work, but home is definitely our sanctuary and we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy living here and feel at home.

The house is a beautiful spot in Earlsfield, within 10 minutes walk of the station (15 mins to Waterloo!). Think leafy streets, cosy cafes, great shops (Southside is nearby), and a lovely, safe area. It’s spacious with four bedrooms, a large kitchen, separate living room and outdoor space. We also have a large utility room /storage room which is incredibly handy!

Rent for the room would be £950 pcm (excl. bills), and it’s a medium sized double with built-in wardrobe and space for a desk if you’re working from home. You will share a family sized bathroom (large bath + shower) with one of the girls. The furniture in the room will go, so you have complete leeway to make the space your own! Its newly carpeted etc.

Bills come to around £150 p/m including a cleaner that comes weekly. The deposit is £1,471.

Please note that this is a long term rental, so please only consider this room if you are looking to stay for 1 or more years.

The room’s available from the end of September/beginning of October, and we’re arranging viewings as we go so you can see the place and meet us.
