Lovely girls home in Earlsfield - 4th girl wanted!

Hi! We’re four professional women in our late 20s/early 30s who’ve lived together happily for the past year in our family-style home in Earlsfield. One of us is now moving on to move in with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over her room and complete the household again! Looking for professionals only, ideally 25-26+.

We’re a fun, easygoing bunch who love a good balance of travelling, gym sessions, weekend exploring, dinner nights in, and the occasional wine-fuelled catch-up. We’re all busy with work, but home is definitely our sanctuary, and we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy being part of a warm, respectful and relaxed house.

The house is a beautiful spot in Earlsfield, within 10 minutes’ walk of the station (15 mins to Waterloo!). Think leafy streets, cosy cafes, great shops (Southside is nearby), and a lovely, safe community vibe. It’s spacious with four bedrooms, a large kitchen, separate living room and outdoor space.

Rent for the room would be £950 pcm (excl. bills), and it’s a small-medium sized double with built-in wardrobe and space for a desk if you’re working from home. You will share a bathroom with 1 other girl. Bills come to around £150 p/m including a cleaner that comes every week. Deposit is £1,471 that will need to be paid prior to move in. Please note that this is a long term rental, so please only consider this room if you are looking to stay for 1+ years. If you do move in, referencing will be required with the estate agents and a rental swap agreement will need to be signed. The room’s available from the end of September/beginning of October, and we’re happy to arrange viewings so you can see the place and meet us.

We’re after another girl (late 20s/early 30s) who’s friendly, tidy, and looking for more than just a place to sleep, someone who’s happy to do their own thing but also up for joining in with the house from time to time.
