My 1-bed flat is available to sublet for a minimum of one month between 12th September – 30th October, with some flexibility around the exact dates.
It would be ideal for someone in between places, looking for a temporary base in London, or just moving here and needing somewhere to stay while getting settled.
£1,800pcm for 1 month, all bills included – gas, electricity, water, internet, etc.
There’s also the option to stay for an extra week or two for £415 per week.
Minimum stay: 1 month

The flat is a comfortable 1-bedroom in a purpose-built block on the 2nd floor, with a lift and private balcony.

There’s also a little desk/workspace in the living area, or plenty of space to work from the kitchen table if you’re working remotely. It has everything you’d need, including a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, gas hob, washing machine.

The flat is in a great spot between Earlsfield and Tooting Broadway/Bec with plenty of transport options nearby:
• Bus stop directly outside the flat – the G1 goes between Streatham and Battersea
• Another bus stop around 8 mins walk away and you can get the 44/77/270
• 15 min walk to Earlsfield Station
• 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway
• 20 min walk to Tooting Bec through the park
• 2 min walk to Tesco Express
The block also backs directly onto Springfield Park, which has a café and is lovely for walks, runs or just getting some green space.
