We're subletting a room for 3 months available 7th August to 6th November with possible extension to late November whilst our housemate David skives/works in the Caribbean.

We're a social house loving a chat in the lounge/kitchen, and often go for runs/drinks together. All quite sporty and always got some sport on in the lounge (Sky sports subscription included)

Room is 15sqm, fully furnished, sun-facing with dual screen remote working setup. Renting out as Davids away for couple months with work. Living and Dining Rooms, Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms. and Garden.
Bus stop outside gets you to Tooting broadway in 5mins, or a 10min walk to Earlsfield station with trains to Waterloo every few minutes
