Hey! One of our housemates is moving out in October and we’re looking for a girl to join our home in Earlsfield.

The Room & The Flat:
💵 Rent: £900 pcm
💡Bills: Approx. £130/month (Includes gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax & a weekly cleaner!)
🛏️The Room: Spacious and bright double room with a view of the green. Room comes with a wardrobe, with the option to buy the bed with under-bed storage, mattress, and a wall-mounted mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom: lovely modern bathroom, shared with just 2 others.

Living Space: Large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer), shared living room, and a lovely garden with decking and BBQ area.

Transport: 10-minute walk to Earlsfield Station (10 mins to Waterloo!). 15 walk to Tooting Broadway station (Northern line)

Buses: Stop right outside with easy routes to Wandsworth and Tooting.

Green Spaces: A huge park right opposite the flat, plus plenty of extra greenery nearby.

The area: Earlsfield has lots of cute cafes, restaurants, pubs and brunch spots, as well as lots of Pilates studios, gyms etc.

We’re an easygoing bunch who love hanging out in the kitchen, heading to the local pub, pilates/gym, and going to festivals. At the same time, we all respect each other's space and busy schedules.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a woman to keep the current dynamic. Someone who is a like-minded professional (similar age range), tidy, considerate, and easygoing, but is always up for a good chat or the odd pub trip.

We’ve become great friends and love hanging out, so we’d love to find someone who’s excited to be part of the house and join in.
