Housemate needed to join our house in Earlsfield

Hey everyone! We’re looking for someone to join our HUGE house just between Earlsfield and Tooting!!

The room 🛏️
The bedroom available takes up the whole of the top floor of the house, with its own en-suite bathroom and lounge area. Our current housemate has it set up as a bedroom with office / lounge space but can be made into whatever you want! The room comes unfurnished, however, it has built in wardrobes and our current housemate is happy to leave his bedframe and chest of drawers for no extra cost.

Rent is £1,325 plus around £100 for bills (depending on time of year this is less in summer) and available from September.

The house 🏡
The house is huuuuge with a massive kitchen, garden and separate lounge space with downstairs loo. It came unfurnished but we’ve slowly filled it with all our own furniture and welcome any design additions you might want to add 💓

Location📍
Less than 10 minute walk to Earlsfield station, which is about 15 mins direct to Waterloo, 8 minutes to Vauxhall, 4 minutes to Clapham Junction and 35 minutes door to door into central London.

We tend to go out a lot in Tooting and Balham, which are only a 10 minute bus away!!

About us 👯‍♀️👯‍♂️
We’ve lived together for just over 2 years, having met on SpareRoom and have become really close friends. The house is currently 2 boys and 2 girls and we’re looking for either a girl or boy, aged 24-29. We’re all 25-27 and work 2-3 days in the office, with plenty of space in every bedroom for wfh.

We’re all super clean and tidy, respectful but also love to host a pres or bbq and hang out as a house. It’s really important to us that our house feels like a home and we want someone to join us who’s friendly, outgoing and open to just enjoying being in your 20’s in London!!
