I'm looking for a tennant to live in my spareroom. It's a fully furnished spacious double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, brand new double bed frame and mattress, side table, chest of drawers and brand new carpet.
Shared spaces include living room, kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. In the kitchen there's a washing machine and dishwasher along with lots of cupboard storage.

About me: My name is Chloe and I'm a freelancer in the TV and Sport event industry. I play hockey and enjoy cooking, travelling, socialising and the occasional pub trip. I don't work from home but my working days are never the same so could be home during the week.

I'm looking for someone who is a professional and also looking for a place to call home. Enjoys socialising in the living area but also in their own space and looks after a property.

Details:
* Rent: £1100 per calendar month
* Bills: Not included; roughly around £120 per person (includes broadband, council tax band C, water, electricity & gas)
* Deposit: £1100
* Move in date: 26th September but this can be flexible
