Well-lit cosy room in Earlsfield

Hi, I’m moving out of this gorgeous room in Earlsfield mid September and am looking for a woman around 20-30 y/o to take it over.

It has been lovely staying here. The room itself is very nice and cosy, with a wonderful view. The rest of the house likewise, spacious and well lit, and the flatmates have made it a lovely place to be. The location is also very suitable for anyone who wants to stay in touch with the excitement of London, but also wants to enjoy the peace of the south west and greenery right outside (with the nearby park).

The girls, both professionals in their mid-twenties, are great to live with. Very respectful, clean and tidy. We all like to cook and catch up in the kitchen.

The landlord requires that the person taking over the lease is professionally employed, has a previous landlord reference and no debt history.

Deposit is £1134 - there was an issue with entering it into Spareroom apologies it has to be here instead.

And bills come to ~£80-£150 per month per person.
