Room available in Earlsfield mid October

Our flatmate is sadly leaving us to move in with her bf so we’re looking for a new roomie - Rent is £1080.00 inc bills

The flat is across two floors and has two bathrooms, so you’d basically have the downstairs bathroom to yourself. It’s also unfurnished so you would need your own bed but the room has plenty of storage.

• 3 min walk to Earlsfield station, which has direct trains to Clapham Junction (4 mins) and Waterloo (15 mins)
•Sainsbury’s local, Tesco’s express and M&S are all nearby
• 15 mins walk to Wandsworth Common

You’d be living with Lizzy and Georgia. We met at the start of the 2026 when we moved in together. We both work hybrid in the city. We love having our friends over and hanging out together. We enjoy going to the pub and also chilling at home (and are partial to a Wednesday wine🍷) We want someone with a similar vibe to move in!!

We want a flatmate who’s clean, respectful and sociable (ideally someone in their late 20s).
