I’m moving out of my current flat in Earlsfield. :) The room in question is good-sized and has lots of storage. It comes furnished with a double bed and a nightstand, a dresser, shelving, and a built in closet. You would be sharing with 3 other friendly professionals: two guys and a girl.

• the rent is £740 pcm, inclusive of all bills and wi-fi, as well as a weekly cleaner
• the flat has been redecorated and refurbished
• the landlord is quick to respond

About the location:
• less than a 10-minute walk to Earlsfield station
• 3 minutes to the 270/44 bus stop, which can take you to Tooting, Mitcham, Victoria or Putney (you can quickly get to Southside shopping centre too, or you can walk 25 minutes)
• 5 minutes to the 77 bus stop, which takes you to Clapham or Waterloo
• M&S, Sainsbury’s Local and a Tesco Express all super close
• minutes to King George’s Park
