En-suite double room in Earlsfield

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Earlsfield, South West London as I am moving in with my partner.

The room is a bright double with plenty of natural light, an en suite, juliette balcony and eaves for storage. The house has a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunny garden, which has been a blessing in the heatwaves this summer.

The room is technically unfurnished, although I am happy to leave the bed frame and wardrobe for a minor fee.

Rent: £1,125per month + bills
Deposit: £1,592
Move-in date: Flexible, but anytime before 1st November 2026
Location: Quiet residential street, about a 13-minute walk to both Earlsfield station and Tooting Broadway underground, with great links into Waterloo and central London. There are also plenty of buses, shops, pubs, gyms, and cafés nearby.

You’ll be living with three friendly housemates – Josh, Dan and Oscar (aged 27–30). Its very bittersweet to be moving out of this incredible house and the friends within it but I know the next occupier will make this place their home.

We’re a sociable but relaxed household: we enjoy catching up over dinner or a drink, but we also respect each other’s space and routines.

We’re looking for someone around a similar age who’s easygoing, tidy, and keen to be part of the house rather than just renting a room. Gender isn’t important – we’d just like to find the right fit for our home.
