Me and my housemate are sadly by coincidence both leaving our flat in November (moving in with partner / buying somewhere) so I am looking for someone to take my room. We have been living at the flat for 5/6 years and highly recommend the location, flat and landlord.
It is a 6 minute walk to Earlsfield station (direct trains to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo) and 10 minute bike to Tooting Broadway underground.
