The house is perfectly located on a residential street 8 mins from the shops, amenities, bars and trendy brunch cafes of Earlsfield. With Tooting Broadway’s cool food markets and the castle pub in the other direction.

The property also has a good sized walled garden with astro turf, with a side access gate to bring push bikes through, perfect for summer BBQ’s and outdoor workouts.

In terms of transport links this property is perfect!! There is the aforementioned tube station at Tooting Broadway which is on the Northern line. The the other direction you have the overground from Earlsfield which takes you one stop to Clapham Junction, or 3 stops to Waterloo. The connections for this house incredible. You are also a 30 minute walk from Wimbledon should you fancy somewhere different.

All bills are included in the price along with high speed broadband internet (600mbps), and a cleaner fortnightly. There is an enormous kitchen/Diner and separate lounge and flat screen TV provided for Netflix and Movies.

This really is an amazing and rare property, it gives you the opportunity to be sociable but also have your own space!
