Are you looking for a spacious and comfortable place to live in a peaceful setting?

Ideally this would suit a mature, independent person, who is friendly and has a kind and considerate nature. It would be myself and you sharing this large, bright, beautiful, 2 bedroom terrace. ( Mon-Fri lets considered too). It’s vital you like dogs. None live here, but several visit regularly and are always welcome..

Your room, (& the whole house) is fully furnished to a high standard. Your bedroom comes with a very comfy double bed with hidden storage underneath - (ottoman style bed), a chest of drawers, bedside table with drawers, 2 wardrobes for clothes, one small and one very large IKEA Pax that can be modulated to suit your preference. (There is also a large cupboard for luggage or similar). The room is decorated in a neutral style so that it can be easily personalised by you, so it feels like yours. It also lends its self to a variety to layouts for you to style to your own taste.

This is for someone who wants to live in a home - not a random shared house. There is a cleaner comes once a week for 2 hours so it is kept lovely.

I am friendly and sociable but I'm pretty busy running a business and am trying to start a new one. I do make the effort to cook and share a meal, wine and/or movie as I like to engage with my flatmate. No one wants to live with a complete strange, do they?

The house has all the usual mod cons, including excellent broadband, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave etc. The fully kitted out eat-in kitchen is spacious and is the 'heart of the home'. It leads directly onto a fantastic sun-trap SW facing garden which is furnished and complete with BBQ. The living room is at the other end of the house, so you have several choices of where to spend your time so you enjoy being outside of your bedroom. There is an office desk available too if you want/need it.

It is a short (3-4 min walk) to Garratt Lane which is well stocked with independent local shops, fun pubs and bars along with restaurants/brunch spots and bakeries.. Near the station is a larger Sainsbury's Metro, Tesco Local and M&S Food. For variety, there is a Lidl nearby, 12 min walk and a huge Sainsbury's and Waitrose 20mins walk away.

Earlsfield station is just a short 5 minute walk with trains running every couple of minutes. It is only 1 stop to Clapham Junction, next stop Vauxhall then Waterloo in under 20 mins - very central (no tubes or being underground) with exceptionally fast access into central London & the City.
