Looking for a home, not just a room? This large, bright, and beautiful two-bedroom terrace house in Earlsfield offers a peaceful setting with plenty of space, character, and comfort.

The house and your room are fully furnished to a standard in neutral decor for you to add your personal touch.
There is storage galore: A comfy double ottoman bed, with under bed storage, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and two wardrobes (one of which is a massive, adjustable IKEA Pax).
An office desk and chair are available and can be used in your room or the bay window in the living room. During the day, you can close the door for work privacy.

Currently a cleaner visits weekly for two hours.

The shared spaced include
A large kitchen that is fully kitted out with all the usual mod-cons - air fryer, dishwasher, and microwave etc. The kitchen leads directly in to the beautiful garden.
The garden is a Southwest-facing sun trap and shielded from wind. There is furniture and a BBQ and my favourite is the option to set up an outdoor cinema with reclining chairs - complete with a fire pit on cooler nights!
- The Living Room: Positioned at the opposite end of the house to the kitchen. Tastefully decorated and provides a completely separate social space, which is comfortable and ideal for relaxing.
- Bathroom: There is one well appointed bathroom that we keep spotless after each use.

The Location (Earlsfield, SW18)
- Commuting: Under 5 minute walk to Earlsfield Station. Direct trains to Waterloo take under 20 minutes (via Clapham Junction and Vauxhall).
- High Street: 3-minute walk to Garratt Lane’s independent shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries/cafes, along with a variety of health/fitness facilities.
- Groceries: Quick walk to Sainsbury’s Metro, M&S Food, Tesco, Lidl, and Waitrose.

This lovely home is shared with only me. It best suits a mature, independent, friendly, considerate person. (Mon–Fri lets are also welcome).
The place has a really lovely energy and is comfortable, friendly and inviting.

I run my own business (WFH), and am just beginning to play with the idea of starting another.
When I have time, I enjoy cooking, and sharing an occasional meal or glass of wine, and having a good laugh. We don't need to be best friends, but we should definitely be friendly housemates - not strangers!
Dog Lovers Only: No dogs live here full-time, but there are several regular furry visitors.

The photos truly do not do this spacious property justice. It is very big and offers several places to hangout (besides your bedroom) when you need time alone.
