The room (& the whole house) is fully furnished. Your bedroom comes with a, comfy double bed with storage underneath (ottoman style bed), large chest of drawers, bedside table with drawers, 2 wardrobes and an Ikea 2x4 Kalax storage shelf unit. Plenty of storage. The room is decorated in a neutral style so that it can easily be personalised by yourself.

It is very much a home, not house, so it would suit a mature sharer with an independent outlook on life but who is kind and community spirited and is happy to slot in and share the occasional meal/wine movie and cheese!!

The house has all necessary mod cons including Broadband/Dishwasher/Microwave etc. It has a fully kitted out spacious 'heart of the home' kitchen, which leads onto a beautiful SW facing garden. through french doors.

It is a short (3-4 min walk) to Garratt Lane where there is a well stocked independent local shops, bars and brunch spots. Near the station a larger Sainsbury's and Tesco local Both of which stock most things. For variety, there is a Lidl nearby, 12 min walk and a huge Sainsbury's and Waitrose 20mins walk away.

Earlsfield station is a short 5 minute walk. This is 1 stop from Clapham Junction, so very central and no tubes to contend with as far as Waterloo, which is a quick 15-20 mins away, and has only Clapham Junction and Vauxhall stops ... making access into central London exceptionally quick and easy..
