Great Room in a Friendly Flat

We have a lovely double room available in our sociable two floor flat in Earlsfield, as sadly our flatmate Ash is moving on.

The room is large with a double bed and a huge amount of eaves storage space & also space for a desk if needed to work from home. The modern bathroom is right next door, shared with just one other person & has waterfall shower. There is an old cupboard that can be kept if you like too for no cost.

The property is really spacious, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms split across the two floors. We also have a study which is really handy for that extra bit of space. The living room is big with a huge TV and comfy sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Out the back is a private paved garden which we use for BBQs and playing table tennis (we have a table!) in the summer months. The house itself is on a quiet residential road close to the high street.

Earlsfield has a lot going on whilst not feeling too busy, plus it is close to Central London and places like Clapham/Balham/Tooting. We are a 7 minute walk to Earlsfield train station, where you can get to Wimbledon (3 mins), Clapham Junction (5 mins) and Waterloo (12 mins).

A little about us – it's Carla (27) and Harry (26) at the moment, and we're looking for two new flatmates to join the house.

We're an active bunch and enjoy getting out and about, whether that's tag rugby, climbing, running, the gym or exploring different parts of London. We're also a sociable house and enjoy catching up while cooking in the evenings, grabbing a pint together or settling in for the odd film.

We've all lived in house shares before, so we know the importance of respecting each other's space and privacy. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, but it's definitely a relaxed home rather than a showroom!
