There are multiple cooking, cleaning facility in the house with 2 x fridge freezer.

You will be sharing the bathroom with only one single person.

Fast speed wifi as well.

All bills are included, except during the winter period (November–February), when a small additional charge of £35 per room per month applies due to higher seasonal energy usage.
For the rest of the year, everything is fully inclusive.
