The house was built in 2022 to a high spec: think triple-glazed windows, great insulation, quality appliances, and full-fibre internet throughout. There's plenty storage space. You’d be sharing the space with just me—kitchen, dining area, living room, and garden included.

A bit about me: I’m 34, work in data, tidy, sociable but respectful of space, and love a balance of quiet nights and casual hangouts. Into cooking, travel, film, and good conversation.
