Urgent! Renting double room in East Acton

I am going away for 3 months that’s why I am subletting my lovely double room from July till end of September (in case someone is interested to rent it without any length restriction I can consider it as well).
Is a semi detached house over 2 floors.
4 double bedroom, one separate kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, a big garden area and an extra room in the garden that we use it as storage room.
The location is East Acton about 10-15 mins by walk the station, the area is very nice and safe, there is Tesco on one side and Lidl on another side. Is pretty good location if you think that is very close to Westfield shopping mall and pretty close to the lovely area of Hammersmith.
The rent is 800£ no bills included to be honest now that will be summer bills will not be expensive.
Is a very chill and happy house, included me is 4 of us so in this case you would be sharing with other 3 people, they are very lovely and fun people, we do like to socialise to each other.
