The house has only recently been completed following a substantial, high-end renovation, with state-of-the-art fixtures, fittings and finishes throughout. The loft floor provides a degree of privacy from the rest of the home, with the two rooms sharing a separate toilet.

A very spacious bedroom furnished with:
- King-size bed
- Two large wardrobes
- Plenty of additional space for storage and personal belongings

Ideal for someone looking for a particularly spacious and comfortable room.

### 🛏️ Room 2 – Single Room
A smaller, comfortable room furnished with:
- Single bed
- Wardrobe, which will be provided shortly

### 🏠 The Home
The property is occupied by a family, consisting of a mix of students and working professionals. The home is exceptionally well maintained, and we are looking for tenants who are similarly clean, respectful and considerate.

Please note that this is not a conventional house share:

- Strictly no guests whatsoever – this is non-negotiable.
- The living room will not be available for tenant use.
- The kitchen is ideally not intended for regular tenant use. However, if required, an arrangement allowing use of the kitchen at agreed times can be discussed.
- The toilet on the loft floor is shared between the two available rooms.
- Tenants are expected to keep their room and shared areas very clean and tidy and to be respectful of the family living in the property.

Short- and long-term stays will both be considered.

We are particularly looking for quiet, clean and respectful individuals who appreciate living in a high-quality home and are comfortable with the above arrangements.
