Hello there!

We are a professional couple & 2 professional females looking to find a new female housemate to join our wonderful home.

We have a lovely large double bedroom available in our shared home near East Acton Station (Central Line zone 2) which is a 7 minute walk away.

Monthly cost - £850
Deposit for the room - £500

The room is available from the 12th of Feb.

**PLEASE NOTE NO MALES OR COUPLES WILL BE CONSIDERED**

Viewings will be prearranged evenings and weekends.

There is a living room (shared with 2 others), bathroom, dining area, 2 outdoor spaces (we have a lawn at the front and decked terrace at the back) and shared kitchen.

The upstairs bathroom is shared with 2 other females and the double bedroom includes a double bed, chest of draws, desk , operator chair (not the chair in the picture) and a wardrobe.

The ground floor extension is shared by a couple who have their own living room, bedroom and bathroom so it's pretty selfcontained and means the house never feels crowded.

The house really comes alive in the summer and we like gardening and growing flowers and vegetables.

There is a very large green area - Wormwood Scrubs Park - which is 5 minutes away and is a great place for long walks or runs.

We are 25 minutes to Oxford Circus, 15 minutes to Notting Hill and Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line) is 15 minute walk away. The house is situated in a tucked away and secure cul-de-sac with a peaceful garden and awesome outdoor space!

We like to keep the place clean and tidy and occasionally cook for each other or have a glass of wine.

We are a creative, considerate household and we all respect each others space and we're very easy going. We work in Film and TV, Music, Marketing and Luxury Travel.

Nationalities are: Swedish, Slovakian, Italian and British.

The couple have a Cavapoo, Alfie who is 6 years old and well trained.
