Large double available in modern, spacious 2-bed flat with a balcony view of The Shard. Walking distance to parks, Lordship Lane, Peckham Rye and pubs and great transport links.

We’re a friendly, sociable couple in our mid-20s who have shared a room in the flat for the last year, our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy. We both work in the travel publishing industry during the week and spend our weekends either in the local area or often travelling. We like music, art, reading, cooking, walking, cycling and seeking out local food and drink spots.

The flat has a large living room with floor to ceiling windows and laminate flooring throughout. It has great light, we also have a balcony with chairs and a view of the London skyline. It's a great spot to sunset and hang out in the summer. It's on a relatively quiet road with minimal traffic.

There's a reasonably sized shared kitchen with full working appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is large and modern with a bath and shower and is very clean.

There is lots of communal storage space as well as private cupboard storage in the bedroom. There is plenty of free on-street parking and a gated bike rack accessible by a fob.

We've recently had a few things refurbished by the landlord so everything is in perfect working order and we've had no issues since moving in.

Bills
Bills are not included. The gas and electricity work on a PAYG system which we top up - we split the bills accordingly between the three of us each month.
