We are 3 professional females, looking for a warm and considerate person to join us in our large home in East Dulwich.

We all have our own lives but are also good friends. We take great care in communicating well with each other and making the house a fun and friendly environment to live in.

Please do note, we are abiding by governmental guidance regarding Covid 19 and will continue to do so as regulations change.

The room available is at the back of the house looking over the garden. The room is unfurnished but certain items may be available to buy.

The house is large, on a quiet street; has a back and front garden, 4 bedrooms + spareroom, large family bathroom upstairs and small loo downstairs. We have washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement along with storage space. We have a sociable open plan living room and kitchen.

Our cleaner, Mary comes every two weeks, this is £10 each per visit. All bills (water, council tax, gas, electricity, t. v. and broadband internet) are included in the £850 listed.

Your housemates are Krista, Lana and Natalie.

Lana is an Ophthalmology Doctor, she enjoys baking and cycling.

Krista (32) is a nurse from Scotland. Enjoys exploring and hiking.

Natalie (27) an research assistant assistant who is interested in yoga.

Please note; our house is smoke and drug free and we would like to keep it that way.

The house is situated in East Dulwich 4 mins from the station. East Dulwich to London Bridge that takes about 15 minutes. Peckham Rye, Herne Hill and Denmark Hill stations are all a short walk/bus away. KCH is within walking distance. M&S, Co-Op and Sainsburys are all easily accessible.

East Dulwich is a very pleasant area with little shops, cafes and good pubs, a bit of a buzz without being too manic. There are great parks too, Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye are very close by.

The room is available from 1st November. We are open to the possibility of a shorter term lease depending on your circumstances. The room will remain furnished for a short term lease.
