Double room in large East Dulwich house

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely and spacious house in East Dulwich.

The room available is a medium-sized, unfurnished double located on the top floor of the house alongside one other bedroom and a toilet.

We have bathroom / shower rooms, a lovely big living area and huge kitchen which is great for hosting BBQs and parties.

Our garden is great for chilling out in. We have garden furniture , giant sunflowers, a couple of BBQs and a hammock. It also has space for storing bikes.

Our street is currently free to park on.

On top of the rent advertised, we also pay £105 each for bills and a cleaner who comes once a month for the hallway and stairs, living room and toilets. We have a rota for the kitchen and bathroom which we're sorry to say must be followed!

There are 3 more of us in the house so it will be 4 people in total. We get on very well and are looking for someone to join us as a housemate rather than a lodger. You'll be easy-going, fun and up for a laugh but also conscientious and considerate.

House interests include: cycling, BBQs, festivals, climbing, running, gardening, hammock chilling, house plants and gigs.


12-15mins walk to East Dulwich station and 20mins walk to Peckham Rye. Within a few minutes walk of the following bus routes: 12, 176, 40, 185, 37, 363, 484, P13
