THE BEDROOM
A large double bedroom with ensuite (bath with shower) which is flooded with light every morning.

THE HOUSE
The house is a lovely Victorian house on Oxonian Street.
There is a good-sized lounge and through room which takes you to a large and well-equipped kitchen (with 2 ovens). The spacious kitchen has plenty of storage, an island with sink, hob and dishwasher and a large table with chairs. The kitchen has French doors which lead onto a decked garden area.
There are 4 bedrooms over the first and second floors, one bathroom shared between the other three housemates on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

HOUSEMATES
You would share this house with 3 lovely ladies, all over 30. They are usually out and about doing their own thing but are also happy to share a glass or two of wine and have a catch up.

THE DEAL
Rent is £720pcm (not including bills which are approx. £100pcm).
The minimum rental term is 6 months.
Deposit is 6 weeks rent (£997), no agency fees - you would liaise directly with the landlord. The deposit will go into a rent deposit scheme.
First months’ rent and deposit (total £1,717) is required on move in date.
Room is available from about 8 October (exact date to be confirmed).

THE AREA
Less than a 3 minute walk to Goose Green end of Lordship Lane. Brick House bakery is at the end of the road for coffee and bread. East Dulwich Tavern is a few more steps away and does great food, wine and has various events going on.
Lordship Lane has plenty of great restaurants, pubs and eateries. The East Dulwich Picturehouse is a stroll away.
Dulwich Common is a 25 min walk in one direction and Peckham Rye is a 15 min walk in the other direction.
Each Saturday there is a market on North Cross Road and Brockley market is not too far away.

TRANSPORT
I can walk to East Dulwich station in 8 minutes to catch trains to London Bridge (15 mins).
You can change at Peckham Rye to get the overground to Shoreditch (15 mins).
Denmark Hill is a 5-10 min bus ride away and from there you can get trains to Blackfriars (15 mins) and Victoria (15 mins).
There are various buses at the end of the road which head to the City and into town.
