Beautiful rooms with great housemates

Living room

We're looking for two lovely housemates to join us in our big East Dulwich house.

There are a double bedroom and a large double bedroom up for grabs. They both have lots of light and come furnished with at least a double-bed and wardrobe.

The house is set over three floors so is very spacious, we even have a spare bedroom. We're flexible with the spare room, it’s a great place to dry washing and also to host guests so if your family or friends visit you can put them up in a very comfy bed. The kitchen has a microwave, hob, oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Double doors open out onto our garden which we really enjoy spending time in during the Summer. The living room and dining area is spacious with a tv which has Netflix - woo! We have one bathroom, plus an extra toilet. A wonderful lady called Galina comes to clean the common areas every two weeks.

The house is in a great location, with East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations about a 15 minute walk away, providing great connections to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars and Clapham Junction. On our doorstep are a number of buses connecting us into central London. There are lots of local bars nearby and Lordship Lane is just down the road.

A bit about us - Gabs is a singer and Rosie is a book editor. We love to socialise as a house - watching a good horror movie, Ru Paul or Kimmy Schmidt, we love a pub quiz and we love trying out new (and old) bars and places to eat.

We're looking for people who have a good sense of humour, are down to earth, clean, tidy and want to treat the house as a home.
