Peckham and East Dulwich are some of London’s hidden gems. East Dulwich train station is around a 10minute walk away. Peckham Rye is approximately a 12minute walk and buses are just on the doorstep. There are lots of cafes, bars and supermarkets nearby with a Tesco literally next door. The famous Lordship lane is just a 5minute walk away with the centre of Peckham a similar distance. The flat also has free off street parking and the green spaces of Peckham Rye park are just one minute walk away.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen and living room with direct access to the communal garden. The flat has recently been refurbished so is in excellent living condition. You'll be sharing with two other flat mates, there is one bathroom and a separate toilet.

THE FLATMATES
You’ll be joining two young professionals, Ash and Nadia who both work in the creative industry. Whilst having their own lives both also enjoy socialising as a flat, whether that be cooking together, exercising together, going for a Sunday roast in East Dulwich or a night out in Peckham.

WHAT ELSE?
The contract on the property will run until 01 June, this will be available for extension. Bills are excluding in the rent however some have already been paid until May (water, council tax and TV licence).

I have really enjoyed living in the area and will miss living with my great flatmates. The only reason I will be moving out is to purchase a property in the area myself.
