Perfectly located on one of East Dulwich’s most accessible roads between trendy Peckham and the peaceful East Dulwich, it's a Victorian 3 bed townhouse that's stylish and comfortable, with a shared living room and a nice kitchen with balcony featuring sunset views over the London rooftops!
We look after our house as if it is our own and have a friendly landlord.

Are you our new flatmate?
The current flatmates are an super easy going easygoing guy and girl in their early-mid-thirties, Zelda and Olly – Zelda's from Cornwall and is head of music in a high school and Olly is a surveyor and hails all the way from sunny Norwich. We all have busy London lives, but equally enjoy relaxing in the living room on a week night.
As such, we're looking for someone level headed, ideally in their late 20s or 30s, who's responsible, keeps normal hours, has their life together, and has a decent sense of humour.
Most importantly we're looking for someone who wants to come back to a friendly, clean and tidy low-key home at the end of the day.

The Gory Details:
Rent is £780 plus bills (estimate £110 pcm incl. broadband, gas/ elec, water, council tax) and contribution to a cleaner (£37.50 bi weekly). Also a room available for £710 pw.
Minimum of 6 months commitment ideally, and pay just 1-month deposit, no agency fees or anything else.
