Large, Open, Bright, Friendly with big garden flat

We are looking for someone to join us in this lovely flat. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a bathroom, large living room and kitchen (well equipped with dishwasher etc) as well as a very large garden which is great during the summer ( and bonfire night!), and it also comes with a gardener.
Bills usually come to £80 a month.

The room is unfurnished but there is the option to buy the furniture at a very reasonable cost! The room price is really cheap for the place!

This flat is in zone 2, and is close to both East Dulwich station (15 min walk) and Peckham Rye station ( 20 min walk/ 5- 10 min bus). From here you can get trains directly to Victoria or London bridge. There is also the number 12 bus a 1 minute walk away which takes about 30- 45 mins to get to central London (Oxford circus). It is also less than a 10 minute walk the the bars, pubs and restaurants on Lordship lane.
You will be living with a 28 year old pharmacist and a 32 year old care worker who are looking to live with sociable people so everyone can feel at home and share a drink and dinner every now and again.
