Hi everyone! We have a lovely double room available in our East Dulwich house from the 1st September. The house is on a quiet residential street only 2 mins walk from Lordship Lane and 10 mins walk to East Dulwich station.
The room is a large double room on the first floor. The room is an unfurnished room but I have furniture that I can sell to you if you require any as well.
The house is very spacious with an entrance/hallway, comfy living room, large kitchen, two toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs with bath/shower), front garden and a gorgeous south-facing back garden! We also have secure locked storage for bikes next to the house.
Rent is £510 + bills, which are about £150 a month.
Looking for a friendly new housemate, who would like to be part of a household, we like to do all the usual stuff like catch up in the kitchen and watch TV/movies together but also enjoy our own space.
