Large double room available in a 3 bed, 1st floor flat right next to Peckham Rye Common.
We have a big communal living room, a small kitchen, bathroom and a separate dining area. The flat has a really homely feel and lots of lovely plants.
To share with Matt, 32 who's a photographer. Very friendly, easy going, tidy and respectful.
Good things: music, reading, cooking, a night in on the sofa watching telly or out in a pub with friends (before Corona!)- all the usual things.
The flat is on the edge of beautiful Peckham Rye Common/Park (you can see it from the front door) which is amazing. There is a lovely cafe below us so you dont have to go far for great coffee or brunch.
10/15 min walk (or 5 mins on the bus) to Peckham Rye station and the lively Rye Lane.
East Dulwich station is also close. Nearby buses include 197, 63, 12, 363, 37.
Lots of free parking on the surrounding streets.
There may be some flexibility with move in date if needed.
The bedroom is unfurnished. Room for lots of stuff.
Bills come to around £85/month.
