Double room available in lovely flat

Hello!

I am looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely flat with as my friends are all settled and I would hate having to leave this place.

I have been living here for a year, but in the area pretty much forever, with a good friend of mine but she has now left with a gorgeous newborn :)

Really keen on finding someone who is happy to share a home, support each other and grow a friendship, rather than just keys to a place.

I work in hospitality, running a members’ club in Soho, and tend to work late evenings and be around the weekends. Plus studying towards becoming a teacher.

The flat is on the third floor (no lift), with a kitchen, living room, small balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra separate toilet. It has everything a home could need and in a great condition as it was refurbished recently.

The room available is a large double with a bed and massive built-in wardrobe. Windows are double glazed.

I am looking for someone to sign a one year contract from January but if necessary you could move in earlier. The contract is with an agency with all the usual requirements and fees.
