Double bedroom £567.50 (£630 Inc bills) in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, East Dulwich from Mid-August (15th). Sharing with 3 lovely girls who have been a dream to live with. We all have our own individual interests but enjoy spending time together for a Netflix binge or a night out.

Sandwiched in between Brixton, Peckham and Camberwell the area has a village feel of its own. Lordship Lane has many independent quirky shops, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers and pubs. On Fridays and Saturdays there is a small market on North Cross Road with antiques, crafts and food stalls. Sainsbury's and M&S are within walking distance.

Amazing transport links with East Dulwich train station being opposite the flat! Can be at London Bridge in 13/14 minutes. Denmark Hill is a 15 minute walk away with trains to Victoria in 10/11 minutes, Clapham, Shoreditch on the overground and Thames Link. There are also many bus routes in to the city from outside the flat inc, 176, 185, 484 & 40

Looking for someone sociable and tidy, preferably female, 24 - 30. The girls in the flat are masters students and professionals.
