Hi there, we are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely big home! You'll have a cozy double bedroom on the middle floor of this huge house. It's a really quiet cozy room, great to hide away in or spend your time in the big shared living space.

Beautifully furnished living area and an amazing open plan kitchen with french doors to garden. The kitchen is fit with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, and huge oven, great for lockdown cook ups. Three bathrooms (one with a bath) in the house all with great showers, combined living/dining room ideal for a work from home set up.

You would be moving into a fantastic house with four professionals (2 male, 2 female). We're chilled during the week, social on the weekends and enjoy making the most of this amazing area of London. If you're looking for the perfect house during lockdown this is it. Enough room to have your own time but brilliant for a house dinner party or endless board games. We were lucky enough to find this gem of a house, it's a great entertaining space and we haven't looked back since!

Lordship Lane has loads of great cafes, pubs, and bars - fantastic for something 30 seconds away, while for a night out Peckham is just a short walk!

There's loads of green space around Dulwich, close to Peckham Rye Park, Dulwich, and Brockwell Park, with the woods 10 minutes away - good for running, cycling and any other manner of outdoor sports! Ideal

5 minutes walk to East Dulwich Station with trains to London Bridge in 13 minutes. 15 minutes walk to Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill both with Overground and Thameslink to the city and East London. There are loads of buses going to all parts of London from just around the corner!

Bills in total come to around £70 per month (depending on the season) – which includes a cleaner that comes twice a month.
