Looking for a housemate to move into my spare room from 9th June. The flat is split across two levels so the 2nd bedroom is very private and quiet. It has an en suite with a shower and it's own loo.
The flat has a large living room, and separate kitchen. It also has great views of the city. The flat has a communal garden and a private roof terrace accessed through the spare bedroom.
Bedroom can be as furnished /unfurnished as needed. I have a bed, bedside table and cupboard in there already but can be removed if not needed.
TIMINGS
My current housemate moves out on 9th June 2024.
Looking for someone to come in for 6 months+.
COSTS
£900 rent plus £200 bills = £1110 per month
Includes all the usuals electric, heating, water, council tax , internet, TV etc.
