Hi, we've got a partly furnished double room going in a lovely sociable 4-bedroom semi-detached house as one of our housemates is leaving to move in with his partner.

The house is in a great location in East Dulwich just off Barry Road and rent is an absolute steal at £570 a month (around £690 including bills). The room is available from the 25th of September and we’re looking to sign a new year-long contract with a 6-month break clause.

The room is spacious and light with two windows. It fits in a double bed, desk, clothes rail or wardrobe and chest of draw or storage cabinet. The room can come partly furnished with an option to buy the double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table (price negotiable). The room also has its own private bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

House features a small garden with a DIY bike shed and 2 BBQs, living room with underfloor heating and a kitchen with a dishwasher. We also have a drive with room for 1 car but parking on the street is free and there’s always plenty of space if you need it. All furniture has been gathered by previous housemates so feel free to bring any items you may have.

The area is great, a little quiet but still within walking distance of the Peckham and there are bus routes into Central London on the doorstep. We are a short walk from both Peckham Rye Common and Dulwich Park which is nice in summer.

Looking for sociable friendly housemate who would be up for a pint in the pub, a barbeque, or just chilling watching trash telly. You would be sharing with Frank, Holly and Jess all in our mid to late 20’s so ideally looking for someone around the same age (25-35). We all have 9-5 jobs and our own lives but still like to hang out some evenings and share the occasional meal, so would prefer to have someone who wants to get involved. We ideally would prefer to keep an equal gender balance but just looking for the right housemate.

No students or couples considered unfortunately.
