Double rooms available in East Dulwich houseshare

Hey everyone!
There are a couple of rooms available in a 4 bedroom house in East Dulwich.

One is slightly bigger than the other but all rooms are bright and airy (unfurnished). There are 2 showers and 3 toilets, as well as a south facing garden. I have lived here for 2 years and a half now and absolutely love this house and the area.

About me:
In my early thirties, so looking for people of a similar age (to save time, we won't arrange viewings for anyone under 27, no students or couples either sorry!) I work in brand marketing in the food industry and enjoy cooking, playing music, the movies, mooching around the lane and vintage markets and having the occasional boogie on a night out. I'm looking for like-minded people who are friendly, clean and considerate and want to make this house a home (not a party house). People who all have busy lives but like to spend some time together, and equally respect each other’s space.

The rooms are available as from mid July at £850 p/m excl bills (with a 5 weeks deposit), bills come to approx £150 p/m
