Bright double room in East Dulwich

Hey! We have a double room coming up in our lovely four-bedroom home in East Dulwich. It's on the top floor, bright and airy, and comes unfurnished. The house has two showers, three toilets, and a south-facing garden that’s great in summer.

Move-in date: Ideally late July but early August could work too.
Rent: £875 per month (excl. bills, which are around £150). Deposit is 5 weeks’ rent.

About us:
We’re in our late twenties/early thirties and work in brand marketing, UX writing, and the civil service. We’re into good food, gigs, film nights, festivals, pub garden days, and the occasional night out – but this isn’t a party house. We’re sociable but also respectful of each other’s space and rhythms.

We’re looking for a like-minded girl to join us (to keep the gender balance). Someone friendly, tidy, considerate, and around the same age – ideally 27+, no students or couples, sorry! It’s important to us that the house feels like a home and not just a place to crash, so we’d love someone who’s got their own thing going on but is also up for dinners or chilled evenings together.
